Money
They say horses like this one are worth their weight in gold and we couldn’t agree more! Money is our go-to guy for timid and first time riders. This handsome 15.2h sorrel Quarter Horse has been a roper, barrel and pleasure horse his entire career. Money will occasionally consent to do lessons for us when the rest of the herd is otherwise occupied!
Money is available for partial lease to a very special person.
D’Artagnon
D’Artagnon is a 16.1h bay, Hanovarian gelding who had a solid career in the Dressage show ring and competed successfully at second level. Due to an injury that ended his competition days, he has been retired to Dos Brisas where he will chauffer our advanced riders through the trails

Rascal
With a name like Rascal, you know he earned it. His speciality…picking locks and turning his pals loose! This handsome 15.1h bay paint gelding is available for lessons and trail rides.

Cher
This cute 15.2h bay Quarter Horse mare is a real blast to ride! Her career as a working cattle horse has made her a handy little gal. Cher is available for lessons.

Tiki
Tiki Is our ranch Rockstar! This 15.3h palomino Quarter Horse has been there and done that, literally! With a career including work as a ranch horse, barrel and roping horse, western pleasure and trail horse extraordinaire, Tiki is available for lessons and trail rides.

Sampson
You can’t miss Sampson! He is the huge 18.2h Belgian x Percheron gelding we use to pull our vis-a-vis cabriolet carriage. Sampson adores scratches but beware…he will slobber your hands with wet with sloppy kisses.
Kiss
This gorgeous 15.2h dun Quarter Horse gelding who earned the name Kiss because he’s always in your face looking for affection. Kiss was a ranked NFR head horse and accomplished Speed events. He is now offering lessons in Western Trail and Equitation.

Zip
Zip is a 15.2h sorrel paint Quarter Horse gelding with over 3000 APHA show points to his name; an impressive accomplishment! Zip is tried, tested and true, ideal for a beginner or timid rider. Zip is available for trail rides and lessons in Hunters, Dressage, and Western Pleasure.

Twinkie
Twinkie was born on the ranch and is a real treat to ride! Twinkie is a 15h bay roan Quarter Horse mare professionally trained in Cutting and Reining. Twinkie is available for lessons, and trail rides.

Travis
The “Ferrari” of our barn. This zippy little 14.3h, sorrel, Quarter Horse gelding offers an incredibly smooth ride and some really fun “Show Off” buttons. Travis is available for Advanced Rider lessons in Reining and Western Pleasure.

Isis
Isis a former Grand Prix show jumper short listed for the Olympics during her show career. This gorgeous, 17.2h, imported, Hanovarian, bay mare has the sweetest, most lovable temperament and is a joy to ride. Isis is available for lessons in Dressage and Hunters.

Monroe
Monroe is an 18.2h Clydesdale whom we lovingly refer to as our Rolls Royce. Monroe’s “steady eddy” temperament combined with his huge stride earned him the privilege of spending an entire year as “the instructor horse” at a prestigious driving facility that produces world class harness horses for show. Sampson finally has a new friend his own size!
